We’re Lucija Sajevec and Gregor Kosi, co-founders of the GREATS membership and The Great Leadership experience. We’re obsessed with helping leaders step into their next level, while staying human first.

Lucija: “I served as CEO of AMZS (Automobile Association of Slovenia) from 2014 to 2022.”
Gregor: “From 2009 to 2022 I led Lidl Slovenia as General Manager, guiding a team of more than 2,000 people.”

    A Word from the Founders

    There has never been a more challenging time to do business. You may possess the winning idea, but without an engaged team to bring that idea to life, it will remain just another unfulfilled dream. Lack of motivation, low employee engagement, historically low retention rates, and fierce talent competition only make it more difficult.
