PROGRAM NASLEDSTVA

Prenos podjetja je ena najpomembnejših odločitev v življenju podjetnika. A večina se je loti sama, brez sogovornikov, ki bi resnično razumeli, kaj to pomeni v praksi.

Program Nasledstva

Prostor za lastnike in naslednike, ki so pred ali sredi tega procesa. V majhni skupini 5–7 ljudi, z izkušenimi moderatorji in gosti iz prakse, skozi tri sklope skupaj naslovite tisto, kar navadno ostane neizrečeno: odnose, odločitve in konkretne korake naprej. Ni predavanj brez vsebine. Ni splošnih nasvetov. Je odprta razprava z ljudmi, ki razumejo vaše procese.

SKLOP 1 — Izkušnje in zgodbe iz prakse

Srečanje 1 — 23. 4. 2026, 13:00–16:00 Izkušnja nasledstva: obisk podjetja Atriva

Z nasledniki in lastniki bomo obiskali podjetje Atriva, enega vodilnih slovenskih proizvajalcev kandelabrov, svetilk in urbane opreme. Osrednja tema bo prenos nasledstva iz prve roke — osebna zgodba družine Kolar, ključni izzivi in dobre prakse. O izkušnji nasledstva bodo spregovorili ga. Vanja Kolar ter naslednika Alen in Anže Kolar.

Srečanje 2 — 6. 5. 2026, 18:00–20:00 Večer za naslednike: sproščeno druženje in pogovori

Neformalno mesečno srečanje, na katerem bo svojo zgodbo nasledstva zaupal Thomas Mori, direktor in lastnik podjetja FRIDRO d.o.o. — podjetja z več kot 35- letno tradicijo, ki danes deluje v šestih državah in ostaja eno najhitreje rastočih v regiji.

Srečanje 3 — 27. 5. 2026, 9:00–15:00 Nasledstvo: za lastnike in nasjednike

Celodnevni dogodek v dveh delih. Dopoldne je namenjeno lastnikom: Franci Jezeršek bo predstavil svojo zgodbo, pravni in davčni strokovnjaki bodo odprli ključna vprašanja, poslovni psiholog pa temo odnosov in vrednot v procesu prenosa. Popoldne se lastnikom pridružijo njihovi nasledniki — spoznali se bomo z zgodbami Andreja Klančarja in Roka Cajzka ter nadaljevali z delavnico s poslovnim psihologom.

SKLOP 2 — Struktura, pravo in odnosi

Srečanje 1 — 2. 6. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Možni modeli prenosa

Kako sploh pristopiti k prenosu podjetja? Skupaj bomo pregledali različne modele — družinski prenos, delni prenos, prodaja — in raziskali, kaj vsaka pot pomeni za podjetje, odnose in prihodnost. Skozi vodeno razpravo boste reflektirali, kateri pristop je smiseln glede na vašo situacijo in fazo podjetja.

Srečanje 2 — 9. 6. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Pravna in davčna struktura

Prenos podjetja potrebuje jasno strukturo. Skupaj z davčnim strokovnjakom bomo odprli ključne pravne in davčne vidike, ki vplivajo na varnost prenosa — s poudarkom na konkretnih primerih iz prakse in najpogostejših tveganjih, ki jih je dobro nasloviti pravočasno.

Srečanje 3 — 16. 6. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Usklajevanje interesov

Eden največjih izzivov nasledstva niso modeli — so ljudje. Na tem srečanju se bomo posvetili usklajevanju interesov družinskih članov, lastnikov in vodstva ter ustvarjanju prostora za odprt dialog. Skozi delo na konkretnih primerih boste iskali načine za zmanjšanje napetosti in gradnjo zaupanja.

SKLOP 3 — Izvedba in akcijski načrt

Srečanje 1 — 23. 6. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Prenos odgovornosti in vodenja

Ko je odločitev sprejeta, se začne najpomembnejši del. Skupaj bomo raziskovali, kako postopno predati vodenje naslednji generaciji brez ogrožanja stabilnosti podjetja ali odnosov. Dotaknili se bomo vprašanj zaupanja, nadzora in vloge ustanovitelja v prehodnem obdobju — kdaj spustiti in kako ostati prisoten na pravi način.

Srečanje 2 — 30. 6. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Sistem podpore nasjedniku

Uspešen prenos ni odvisen samo od posameznika, ampak od sistema okoli njega. Skupaj bomo pogledali, kako vzpostaviti podporne strukture — od mentorjev do svetovalnih odborov — ki nasjedniku omogočajo varno in samozavestno prevzemanje vloge.

Srečanje 3 — 7. 7. 2026, 15:00–16:30 Akcijski načrt prenosa

Zaključno srečanje je namenjeno konkretizaciji. Vsak udeleženec bo oblikoval svoj okvirni načrt prenosa: časovnico, ključne korake in odgovornosti. Cilj je jasnost — kaj je naslednji korak, kdo ga naredi in kdaj — ter občutek, da je proces prenosa obvladljiv in voden, ne prepuščen naključju.

Za koga je program?

Program je namenjen lastnikom podjetij, ki razmišljajo o prenosu ali aktivno iščejo naslednika, ter naslednikom in prevzemnikom, ki se na prevzem pripravljajo ali so že v procesu. Vsak sklop poteka z isto skupino 5–7 udeležencev z namenom poglobitve v procese. Mesta so omejena.
