The general terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) for the website http://www.thegreatleadership.com are prepared in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-UPB2) and based on the recommendations of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (GZS) and international codes for e-commerce.

Explanation: The Terms define the rules for the organizer and participant. Everyone who registers for a program must agree to these Terms.

General Terms of Participation in TheGreatLeadership Programs

1. General Provisions

TheGreatLeadership is a brand that organizes and implements programs for executives (hereinafter referred to as “programs”). The brand is managed through the company GREAT Leadership Solutions d.o.o., Dunajska cesta 144, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia, Identification number: SI58967630, Registration number: 9682520000 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

Participants in the program (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) are individuals or legal entities who have registered for the program and accepted the Terms of participation.

2. Procedure and Conditions

TheGreatLeadership programs are open to all who register for the program via the registration form and accept the terms of participation. Registrations must be submitted before the registration deadline and contain all required information. All information must be accurate.

The Organizer reserves the right to limit the number of participants in a specific program to ensure quality delivery. The Organizer provides explanations and interpretations of the provisions and rules, and its decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

Participants must pay the full registration fee before the registration deadline unless otherwise agreed with the Organizer (in cases of installment payments or other arrangements).

If a participant cancels their registration less than 7 days before the deadline, the Organizer is obliged to return only 50% of the total fee. After the final registration deadline, the Organizer is not obliged to refund the fee to the participant.

Participants who register online may notify the Organizer of their intention to cancel their registration within 14 days from the date of registration (only valid if more than 7 days remain before the program starts), in accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer

Protection Act. No cancellation fees apply.
In the case of illness, the Organizer will refund the participant a proportional part of the fee up to the day of written withdrawal.

In all other cases of non-attendance (lack of time, vacation, etc.), the participant is not entitled to a refund.

The paid program registration cannot be “transferred” to another program.

All prices include VAT.

Any discount is applied after entering the promotional code in the designated field on the registration form. Discounts do not accumulate and are not cumulative. We reserve the right to errors in the published discounts. In the event of an incorrect discount or a change in the discount amount during the registration process, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel the discount entirely.

3. Program Location Notification

TheGreatLeadership programs are conducted either in person or online. If the program is conducted in person, the Organizer will notify participants of the exact location of the program 5 (five) days before the start of the program.

4. Participant Obligations

The participant must:

  • Actively participate in the program,
  • Attend all activities within the workshop,
  • Ensure smooth operation and delivery of the workshops,
  • Handle property, technical equipment, and other assets carefully and responsibly.
  • In the event of damage, the participant must cover the damages,
  • Refrain from any actions that could harm the reputation of the Organizer.

5. Organizer Obligations

The Organizer will:

  • Conduct all activities of TheGreatLeadership program,
  • Ensure the quality of the program,
  • Provide all necessary resources for the implementation,
  • Ensure data protection.

During the workshop, the Organizer processes personal data provided by the participants. The Organizer protects and processes all personal data in accordance with data protection regulations. The Organizer reserves the right to monitor participants’ behavior and activities and to prepare reports on their success in the program. The Organizer will not publicly disclose data or information that is a business secret.

6. Out-of-Court Settlement of Consumer Disputes

In accordance with legal regulations, we do not recognize any provider of out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes that a consumer could initiate under the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Settlement Act. TheGreatLeadership publishes an electronic link to the platform for online consumer dispute resolution (SRPS) on its website. The platform is available to consumers at the link HERE.

This arrangement is based on the Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Resolution Act, Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013 of the European Parliament and the Council on online consumer dispute resolution, and amending Regulation (EC) No. 2016/2004 and Directive 2009/22/EC, and in the case of legal resolution of disputes, the competent court is the court of the consumer’s permanent residence.

9. Prices

All prices on the website are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT. The provider may change the price of an item in the offer without prior notice. The provider sells programs for payment; if a program is mistakenly listed as free, the provider is not obliged to offer this program to the user for free.

10. Purchase Process

10.1. If the order was successfully submitted, a confirmation message will be displayed on the website. Additionally, you will receive an email with details at the email address you provided during registration.

11. Payment Terms

11.1. The price for the selected program is valid on the day of purchase, that is, on the day of the conclusion and submission of the order through the online store.
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT.

11.2. The provider offers the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer

13. Contract Withdrawal and Refunds

Consumer’s Right to Withdraw from the Contract
For contracts concluded remotely, the consumer has the right to notify the company within 14 days by email (office@thegreatleadership.com) or through any other communication channel that they are withdrawing from the contract without providing a reason for their decision.
The purchase price will be refunded to the consumer using the same payment method.

14. Final Provisions

If the provider believes that the user is violating applicable law or harming the interests of the websites operated by the provider or its affiliated or dependent companies, the provider may at any time and without prior notice cancel, modify, temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate the user’s order or membership, including access to content on the website for the specific user.

In the event of a violation of these rules, the Organizer will warn the participant and set a deadline to stop or rectify the violations. If the participant continues to violate the rules, the Organizer may exclude them from the program.

By registering for the program, participants confirm that they are familiar with these rules and will not have any claims against the Organizer.

The general terms and conditions of participation in the program are valid from September 20, 2024. The Organizer may change the conditions and rules and undertakes to notify participants accordingly in such cases.
