(hereinafter referred to as the Controller), which manages the website http://www.thegreatleadership.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), is aware of the importance of protecting your personal data and privacy and therefore handles every provided piece of information with care. The area of personal data protection in Slovenia is systematically regulated by the Personal Data Protection Act (EU) 2016/679 (Uradni list, No. 86/04), which defines the rights, obligations, principles, and measures to prevent unconstitutional, illegal, and unjustified interference with the privacy and dignity of individuals during personal data processing.

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act (EU) 2016/679, the Controller respects your right to privacy by:

  • Personal data is information that you have voluntarily provided to the Controller, thereby allowing its processing;
  • The Controller will never use the personal data you provide without your consent, nor will it share, use, or make it available to third parties in any way contrary to the law;
  • The Controller does not require or manage sensitive personal data as defined in the Personal Data Protection Act (EU) 2016/679;
  • The provided data will be used legally and solely for purposes related to its business operations, specifically for the services of the Webpage, which you are informed about on the Webpage pages;
  • After fulfilling the purpose of using personal data, the data is archived for the number of years stipulated by laws governing the functioning of our services;
  • The personal data used for the Webpage services is adequate and proportionate to the purpose of collection;
  • You voluntarily provide your personal data on the Webpage, and you have the right to access, complete, correct, block, and delete it, as explained under Section 8, “How You Can Manage Your Personal Data.”

For our services (participation in a GREAT Leadership Solutions courses), we collect the following data:

  • Name and surname
  • Company name, address and VAT number
  • Email address
  • Address
  • Date of birth
  • Phone number

WHY WE USE YOUR DATA

  • To send commercial offers (periodic newsletters, course or blog announcements, Early Bird price expiration, etc.)
  • To send course information (location and date of the course, etc.)
    With your consent, the Controller may use your data for the purpose of informing you about commercial or operational matters.

The Controller agrees not to share, rent, or sell your data to third parties without prior notice and obtaining written consent from the individual.

For commercial or operational purposes, the Controller uses a double opt-in application, which means that emails are only sent to people who explicitly agree to receive emails from the Webpage.

Using a special computer system, which is protected against spam and password-protected, the Controller minimizes the risk of personal data misuse by third parties.

HOW LONG WE STORE YOUR DATA

Your data is stored for as long as prescribed by the laws governing the functioning of our services.

  • GREAT Leadership Solutions (database): Indefinitely or until deletion (unsubscription)
  • MailChimp (database): Indefinitely or until deletion (unsubscription)

HOW YOU CAN MANAGE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

When you share your data with the GREAT Leadership Solutions database, you can always delete it in the following ways:

  • Type of data: Commercial offers
    Every commercial material contains an unsubscribe button at the bottom of the message. By unsubscribing, your data will be deleted from our database.
  • Type of data: Course information (for users who have attended a GREAT Leadership Solutions course)

You can always contact our GREAT Leadership Solutions operational team to remove your data from the GREAT Leadership Solutions Dashboard. Send an email to our official email address: office@thegreatleadership.com with the request: “Please delete and remove all personal data associated with my email address.”

USER TRACKING ON THE WEBPAGE

When browsing the Webpage without being logged into any online service, you are browsing anonymously. While browsing, the Controller does not collect your personal data. However, it tracks how both anonymous and registered users use the Webpage.
